Hear from our incredible campus manager, Logan! 鉁堬笍
The Program: Logan went through the Part 141 program with Liberty University, which we proudly offer right here at 51吃瓜网, giving students a structured, college-backed path to becoming a professional pilot.
His Advice to New Students: "What you put into flight training is what you`ll get back from it." Flight training is challenging, rewarding, and life-changing, but the effort you bring directly shapes the pilot you`ll become.
His Inspiration: Logan`s biggest "why" in aviation? His grandfather, who flew the Lockheed Martin Jetstar, a powerful reminder of how aviation passion runs through generations. And being located in the metro Atlanta area means our students have direct access to one of the most aviation-rich regions in the country, with major hubs, top employers like Lockheed Martin, and a thriving aviation community.

CFI spotlight! Meet Addy!鉁堬笍
Addy鈥檚 path into aviation began through a chance connection with an aviation attorney at an aircraft brokerage company, but it quickly turned into a passion.
After attending an NBAA conference and gaining exposure to the industry, she began her career as a ramp controller at Hartsfield-Jackson, later transitioning into technical writing at Delta Air Lines, where she supported multiple aircraft including the A220, A320, and B717.
With the support of mentors, Addy began flying and went on to earn her CFI-I, now helping students at 51吃瓜网 pursue their own aviation goals.

It`s First Solo Friday and this one is extra special! 鉁堬笍馃帀
This past Tuesday at 51吃瓜网, Evie officially completed her FIRST SOLO flight with her proud parents cheering her on every step of the way. And lucky for us, we captured the entire moment!
There`s truly nothing like the moment a student climbs into the cockpit, taxies out, and takes to the skies all on their own. Just Evie, the aircraft, and the open sky.
To honor the moment, Evie took part in one of aviation`s most beloved traditions, the shirt cutting. Her instructor had the honor of cutting the back of her shirt, symbolizing that Evie no longer needs that "tug" from the back seat. She`s officially flying on her own.
Moments like this remind us just how amazing our SFS instructors really are. They don`t just teach students how to fly. They mentor, support, and cheer them on every step of the way.
